OUR STORY

Formed in 2005, our advertising strategies have always been rooted in strategy and guided by data. In 2009, we set our sights on digital media and reoriented our focus toward programmatic advertising. With the shift, we immersed ourselves into data analytics and in turn, developed more accurate performance forecasts for our customers. The strong focus on technology and data has refined our media capabilities and has given us the ability to generate higher ROI’s for our customers.

Summary: Our diverse team here at MA+A is looking to bring on a Content Creation + Strategy Intern for the 2020 spring semester. At McKay Advertising + Activation we integrate advertising into revenue. We provide data and strategy-forward consulting for our clients, and we take a digital-first approach to daily challenges. We’re looking for a driven, ambitious individual who wants to create a career in content marketing and strategy. We’re offering a flexible schedule if you continue to take classes in the summer or you wish to pursue other opportunities simultaneously. We provide extensive training, guidance and support, as well as the opportunity to experience the industry from the inside and gain valuable work experience.

  • Research market trends and updates to make informed decisions on applicable content.

  • Create copy for Google Ads (SEM & Display)

  • Perform any additional duties that may fall within the scope of the internship

  • Create personas, map a buyer’s journey and insert applicable content

  • Accurately tell a story that is both engaging and informative

  • Create, strategize and create written content for website blogs and whitepapers

  • Take over content creation for company social media accounts, including organizing cross-platform content strategies

Qualifications:

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program

  • Hardworking and dedicated outlooks

  • Story-telling skills

  • Time management skills

  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative

  • Ability to write both creative and research-based content
