Facebook Ads Can Now Be Optimized Towards Phone Call Clicks see the article here
This is a HUGE update by Facebook that might look small on the surface. Phone Call Ads have historically been poor performers on Facebook because it was only available in Reach campaigns that had no algorithmic ability to optimize for calls at all. But now, Click to Call capabilities have been added to Traffic campaigns which means we can now optimize towards actual clicks on the Click to Call button, and thus phone calls. It’s subtle, but it’s all the difference in the world for call campaigns!
